Z -- REPLACE HVAC SYSTEM FOR BUILDING 340 SOL F4860898B0002 POC SrA Leslie Williams, 307-773-2635, Contract Administrator The subject project is designed with the purpose of replacing and modernizing the heating and air conditioning system of the building, including replacing the concrete floor in the Electronics Lab portion of the building with a raised floor, which will contain ventilation plenums for floor level air delivery. Work includes but is not limited to, selective demolition, construction of the raised floor, installing hydronic piping and pumps, installing a new chiller and liquid cooler, installing new air handling units, installing new ductwork and heat exchangers, and installing all the associated control systems and wiring. There is also some wall and ceiling work associated with the Electronics Lab floor modification. The projected cost expenditure for this project is between $500,000 and 1,000,000. Contract performace period is 150 days.
