The International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, U.S. Section has a requirement for a firm-fixed price requirements contract for calcium hypochlorite oxidizer in granular and 1" pellet form, having a 65% minimum of active ingredients. The calcium hypochlorite shall be packaged in l00 lb sized polyvinyl chloride (PVC), fiberglass, or high density polyethylene (HDPE) containers having a twist open/twist close lids. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to International Boundary and Water Commission, 525 Rio Rico Industrial Park, Nogales, Arizona 85621. Product samples shall be submitted at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers. These samples shall be submitted at no expense to the Government and returned at the sender's request and expense. The firm-fixed price requirements contract is for a basic one year period from the effective date of the contract with four (4) one year options to extend the term of the contract. The term of the contract will not exceed five (5) years. Estimated issuance of RFP 98-08 is December 22, 1997 and responses are to be received by 4:00 p.m. MST on January 21, 1998.
