THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Only SF 254s and SF255s are required at this time. Archetect/Engineering firm is required to furnish all necessary professional architectural, engineering, asbestos abatement management, and interior design services required to produce a complete set of bidding documents to include drawings, specifications and construction cost estimates. This will also require preliminary design. This project will renovate the third floor of Building 85, including portions of surgery, ICU, and inpatient pharmacy. As part of the design, the selected A/E firm will be required to meet with various hospital staff to determine the exact scope of the project, given the specified budget. The estimated construction cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Again, this is not a request for proposals and there is NOT a need for a walk-through prior to submitting your completed 254s and 255s.
