Marquart, Contracting Officer, 817/978-3537 This is a sources sought market survey for vendors certified by the Texas Public Utilities Commission to provide 4 ISDN Primary Rate Interface (PRI) fiber optic circuits, each equipped for 23 channels plus D channel, provided in a manner that will insure (guarantee) circuit survivability and 300 DID numbers, in one hundred number blocks. The provider must be capable of providing number blocks in complete hundred group increments. Supplier must be capable of providing up to 400 more DID numbers if future expansion is necessary and 4 to 6 more PRI or T-1 circuits as needed for future trunking or data requirements. The contractor must be able to provide local calling in the Fort Worth Metropolitan Area for the numbers provided in the requested number groups. The carrier must interface with the Federal Telecommunications System (FTS) network A (AT&T) or B (Sprint) or any other Primary Interexchange Carrier (PIC) commonly accessed by a local telephone service provider. Any calls transferring to the FTS or PIC carrier networks must transmit calling subscriber information.
