Hartley, Contract Specialist (301)443-7848 The District of Columbia, Department of Health Services through the ADP Acquisitions Branch, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide a Drop-In Center for approximately 100 mentally ill adults in the District of Columbia. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, services, supplies, food, equipment and furniture involved in setting up a Homeless Drop-In Center. The anticipated period of performance is a basic period of one year with one (12 month) option period. The RFP will be issued approximately 15 days from date of publication of this notice.
