Kearby, Contracting Officer, (817) 534-8400 The Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth, Texas, is soliciting for Community Choir Master non-personal services at this location. These services are considered contractual in nature and should not be considered a personal appointment to the Bureau of Prisons. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The work to be performed under the resulting contract shall consist of approximately 101, one hundred and five minute sessions, of providing voice instruction for male inmates incarcerated at this facility. The instructor of the resulting non-personal service contract must be able to read music and play the piano, and direct the inmate choir. A Bachelors Degree in music is preferred, but not required. This procurement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
