All work to be performed at Contractors facility. All Puget Sound sources who currently hold or are qualified for and willing to enter into a Master Ship Agreement for Repair and Alteration of vessels (DFAR 217.71) prior to award, may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess a Master Ship Repair Agreement/Agreement for Boat Repair (as applicable)are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the navy to perform an assessment of their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessel's availability dates.
