The primary purpose of the secretary is to provide clerical support to the Saudi Arabian Foreign Liaison Officer, Wilmington, North Carolina. The contractor shall provide secretarial services to accomplish the purpose and objective specified above. Specific delineation of the tasks are included, but not necessarily limited to the following: a. Knows typing of correspondance from hand-written or rough draft material, composes and types correspondance from brief oral instructions or material extracted from files; b. Receives visitors and answers telephone; c. Coordinates and expedites shipment of critical items; d. Prepares and processes appropriate shipping documentations; e. Answers inquiries regarding shipment and receipt status. Required qualifications: a. Thorough knowledge of administrative procedures and office functions, qualified skilled typist in the operation of a personal computer; b.
