The Social Security Administration (SSA) requires the services of a contractor to market, replicate, package, distribute and evaluate a television, radio and publication Public Service Announcement (PSA) for a Spring 1998 Public Information Campaign. The period of performance shall be from the date of award for a period of seven (7) months. This acquisition has been determined to be subject to Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) regarding the acquisition of commercial items. Solicitation number SSA-RFP-98-3437 is scheduled for release on or about November 25, 1997, with proposals due 21 days thereafter. Requests for the RFP may be sent via telefax on (410) 966-9310 or mailed. Requests for the RFP should be received no later than ten (10) days after the date of this publication. Requests received after this period will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. All requests must be in writing and should cite the solicitation number SSA-RFP-98-3437. No telephone requests will be honored. Proposals from all responsible small business sources shall be considered by the agency. This requirement is a 100 percent small business set-aside. Proposals received for OTHER than a small business will be deemed unacceptable and given no further consideration.
