STREAMLINING WORKSHOP MATERIAL The Centralized Request for Proposal Support Team has placed the Request for Proposal / Source Selection Streamlining Workshop material on their Home Page. This workshop was used to deploy acquisition reform tenets throughout the Air Force and establish a risk based approach to RFP development and the conduct of source selections. The workshop addresses: industry/government teaming, identification of risks, the development of a Statement of Objectives (SOO) and the conduct of a "best value" source selection. This workshop can be applied using the case studies provided or the principles contained within the workshop can be used to develop the acquisition strategy for a real program.
