Project Description: Indefinite Quantity Contract for labor, design, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to connect Geothermal Loop Heat Exchanges (GLHE) to Government furnished water furnace heat pumps. This work includes connection of a water heater to geothermal heat recovery unit and also includes installation of unit control, wiring, thermostats, and all electrical connections needed for a complete and usable system. The contract guaranteed minimum is $100,000. The solicitation has two one-year option periods that may be exercised solely at the Government's discretion with the same yearly guaranteed minimum if the option is exercised.
