All work shall be done in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Phase I work will consist of, but not be limited to replacing an existing 440KW White Superior Diesel Generator with a Government Furnished 650/700 KW Caterpillar Generator. Phase I work will also include upgrading controls, adding new radiators, providing duct work, installing fuel, lube oil, modifying wall penetrations, and installing a new day tank. Phase II work will consist of, but not be limited to replacing the main power plant switchgear and commercial service equipment. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $1 and $5 Million dollars. Performance time is 180 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. A nonrefundable fee of $71.00 payableto the United States Department of Treasury is required for each solicitation requested. No personal or company checks will be accepted.
