Boscovich, (510) 535-7278 INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY MULTI TRADES CONSTRUCTION, Award of a competitively bid, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity construction contract is being considered for miscellaneous general construction projects located at various U.S. Coast Guard units and stations located in Marin and Sonoma Counties, California. The term of the contract will be for a 12 month period. The minimum guaranteed amount of work is $100,000.00 per calendar year. The maximum amount of work could reach $1,000,000.00 maximum per calendar year. This indefinite quantity contract is for miscellaneous minor construction, alterations, maintenance, repair and other incidental related general construction type work. The work involves various construction trades to perform work, including but is not limited to site work, concrete, masonry, metal, wood, doors and windows, finishes, thermal and moisture protection, mechanical, electrical, roofing and special construction. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation and all other incidental items to meet the requirements of delivery orders issued by the Contracting Officer. Drawings and Specifications will be issued for each specific project. This procurement is issued pursuant to the small business competitiveness demonstration program and is unrestricted.
