This proposed acquisition is a three year requirements type contract not to exceed 135 each per year for each year of the contract, Band Pass Filter, NSN: 5915-01-090-9450, P/O F-1842 ()/ GRC TD-1288 and TD-1289, IAW drawing SM-D-946705. First Article Test required under initial delivery order with delivery to New Cumberland, PA and Texarcana, TX to start with 25 each at 270 days after contract award and 25 each every thirty (30) days up to th e quantity of the order. Alternate delivery schedule based upon waiver of First article wil start 180 days after contract award with 25 each every thirty (30) days up to the quantity of the order. The soicitation will also include requirements for a Configuration Item Verification Review (CIVR) and Technical Data Package Validation Report which will be included as part of the initial order. The most recent procurement history for this item was for the acquisition of 300 units at a unit price of $2255 in oct 1990. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
