Cline (904)283-8622 The 325th Contracting Squadron, Consolidated Acquisitions Flight, Tyndall AFB Florida, intends to award a sole source contract to Tektronix. The system requirements are: a frequeny range of 200Hz to 26.5 GHz with a spectral purity of -110dBc/Hz (10 kHz away from Carrier). System must have a resolution bandwidth of 10Hz to 3 MHz and a built in frequenc counter with 1 HZ resolution. System must have audio demodulation with internal speaker. System must be portable with large CRT display. Require high-speed 5 micro s/div sweep and TDMA signal analysis. System must have memory card function and multi-marker with up to eight points. Require extensive built-in EMC measurement functions. System must have built in tracking generator and must conform to MIL-T-28800 standards. System log span must be from 1 kHz to 1 GHz 1,2,3 decades selected. Require resolution bandwidth (-3db), range 10 Hz to 3 MHz (+/- 15%), bandwitdth (-6dB): 200 Hz, 9kHZ,120 kHz conformed to CISPR standard. Require video bandwidth rang from-1 Hz to 3 MHz, 1,3,10 sequence. System must have amplitude range +30 dBm to noise level. Maximum input -- average coninuous power (Input attenuation >or= 10dB): +30 dBm (1W). DC:OV. The input attenuator range is from 0 to 70 dB (10 dB step). Required sweep time: span is 0:50 micro s to 1000s and manual sweep. SPAN >or= 200 Hz: 20 ms to 1000s and manual sweep. Required accuracy is +/- 3%. Sweep trigger is free run, line, single, video, TV-H TV-V, external. Spectrum demodulation: modulation type, AM and FM audio output: speaker and phone jack with volume control. Marker pause time from 100ms to 1000s. Require external memory function- I memory card and RF input connectorN type. Need Impedance of 50 Ohms (nominal). Require VSWR (input attenuation >or= 10 dB at tuned frequency): >3.6 GHz (nominal): <2.5:1. Require LO emmisions level (average) < -80 dBm (nominal), 10 dB input attenuation, 0 to 26.5 GHz. The vidoe output connector must be BNC female in the rear panel with impedance (AC coupled) of 75 ohms (nominal). Amplitude is approximately 1 V p-p (composite video signal).
