This announcement constitutes the only quotation; quotes are being requested and a written quotation will not be issued. Due to the limitation of space allowed in this CBD notice, a detail description of the requirement will be provided, upon request, to prospective offerors who are interested in submitting a proposal. The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-2. The Television Audio Support Activity (T-ASA) intends to procure a Turnkey Electronic Multimedia Imaging Center (EMIC) System. Contractor is required to engineer, furnish, install, test, and train the EMIC system. Provide one (1) each Electronic Multimedia Imaging Center System; one (1) set of Commercial/Systems Manuals; one (1) set as built, red line Engineering Drawings; one (1) set as built, formal Engineering Drawings; one (1) each System Acceptance Test Procedures; one (1) each System Acceptance Test; one (1) each Lesson Plan; and one (1) each System Training. FOB destination, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. A pre-proposal site visit is tentatively scheduled on 11/18/97 at 10:00 am.
