This is RFQ MK05907 for utility wipes, paper, 2 ply, industrial strength,disposable, in dispenser box, approximate size 10 1/2" x 12", 125/bx, 18 bx/cs. Approximate usuage for the year is 1307 cases. Item 2 is wet wipe towels, disposable, nonwoven fabric, 1/4" fold, approximate size is 14" x 24" open, 100 per bag or box. Approximate usuage for the year is 2100 bags or boxes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 97-01. Award will be made in the aggregate to the responsive and responsible quoter fully meeting the specifications and offering the lowest price. The period of performance shall be 24 Nov 1997 to 23 Nov 1998. This is to be a Term Purchase Order and orders will be placed telephonically for quantities, as required, throughout the year.
