This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. SP0600-97-R-0012-0002 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). 3. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-01. Into-Plane delivery of aviation fuels for overseas locations include the following items: WMKK BV (IP8 w/FSII), 120,000 US gallons into-plane at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia. Alternate products are WMKK BU (JET A-1 w/FSII) and WMKK AU (Jet A-1 w/o FSII). 6. N/A. 7. Dates and place of delivery are as follows Date of Award through September 30, 1998, Kuala Lumpur IAP, Malaysia. 8. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition and addenda as under RFP SP0600-97-R-0012 is incorporated with the exception of Clause B15.02, Supplies and Estimated Quantities to be Furnished and B19.38, Economic Price Adjustment. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. 10.
