Furnish A-E and related technical services to correct deficiencies of the exterior roof, brick joints and structures at the DVA Medical Center, 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA. Design work includes: cutting/construction of brick joints, reconstructing existing expansion joints, damaged bricks replacement /removal, re-pointing damaged mortar joints, solar panel & related equipment removal & lightning protection work. Also, masonry work demolition, conduit systems, computer network wiring & raceways, fire alarm systems removal, etc. Disciplines required for this project include: Architect, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineers. As-Built Drawings will be required on AutoCadd Version 13 diskettes. Construction Cost Range: Between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Participation is restricted to Emerging Small Businesses. A-E firms whose average annual receipts for the past 3 years that exceeds 1.25 million dollars will not be considered for this project. SIC code 8712.
