Work consists of studies, reports, investigations, designs, and related data for A-E services work required by delivery orders to be issued under this contract. In order of ranking, the A-E firms will be selected based upon their qualifications reflected on the SF 254 and SF 255. Contractor is guaranteed a $5,000.00 minimum for the entire contract. No individual work order will be for more than $299,000.00 and the contract will not exceed $750,000.00 per year. Services are principally architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering. In addition, construction management (Type C) services are also required. Basic contract period will be 365 calendar days with no less than one option period. Evaluation factors, in priority order, are as follows: (A) General experience in the type of work required, (B) Specialized experience in the type of work required, (C) Professional qualifications of the A-E's assigned staff to this project, (D) Professional capacity of the firm to accomplish the work within anticipated schedules, (E) Past performance of the firm with respect to their execution of the Department of Defense projects and other contracts, (F) Location of the firm to Goodfellow Air Force Base, and (G) Volume of the Department of Defense work. Firms desiring consideration shall submit the appropriate data described in numbered Note 24, including Standard Form 255 Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Contract. Firms must submit their Standard Forms 254 and 255 in response to this solicitation within thirty (30) calendar days after this publication to be considered for selection. No other general notification to firms under consideration will be made and no further action is required. This is not a request for proposal. Firms must indicate in their response whether they are a small business concern or small disadvantaged business concern. The Government may make multiple awards. (0310)
