The seedlings will be planted on National Forest plantations during either Fall 1998 and Spring 1999 planting seasons. The seedlings will be used on the Mad River, Smith River, Klamath River or Trinity River Ranger Districts, Humboldt, Trinity, Del Norte and Siskiyou Counties, California. See numbered note 1. (0309)
