This will be sole source to BP Decks and Floors, 31 Monroe Street, Cedar Grove, New Jersey, 07009. The contractor shall refinish the existing conductive flooring by repairing all cracks and holes, sanding the existing flooring and applying a refinishing coat. Reference Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
