The contract is to begin 01 Oct 98 and be for a period of five years, with one 3-year option. The government did not purchase reprocurement data for this weapon system or for any of the subsystem components. LMSW maintains proporeitary data rights for processes and specifications, including those for low obserable techniques/components and those required to ensure the stealth capability of this aircraft.
