Offerors will propose an air travel discount fee percentage for official travel and a monthly sales concession fee percentage for unofficial travel. Official travel is defined as travel authorized in connection with government business and paid for from appropriated funds. Unofficial travel is defined as leave, furlough, vacation, and leisure travel paid for from personal funds of the traveler for personal use. A concessionaire-type contract is contemplated with a one-year basic period plus four one-year options. Security clearances are not required. The applicable SIC code and size standard are 4724/$1M. Firms responding to this synopsis should provide experience in the form of an outline of contracts for specific relevant work completed or currently being performed including contract numbers, description of the work, points of contact, and phone numbers; professional qualifications and specific experience of personnel identified to perform the work; and any other pertinent information which would enable the government to assess a firm's capabilities. Firms must respond to this announcement within 15 calendar days from the date of publication and state whether they are a small, small disadvantaged, or small woman-owned business; 8(a) firm; large business; or Historically Black College or University/Minority Institution (HBCU/MI).
