The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking contractor(s) to provide technical assistance, including assessment, evaluation, and training, to troubled and modernization troubled housing authorities, as well as those with deficiencies. Contractor(s) shall furnish the necesary professional and technical personnel, services, equipment and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of these contracts. Contractor(s) will provide assistance to Public Housing Agencies throughout the United States. Contracts shall have a 12 month base period with 4 option periods of 12 months each.
