Indefinite Quantity Contract on an as-needed basis for professional land surveying services for the preparation, surveying and filing of surveys for Tentative Partition Plats, Final Partition Plats, Property Line Adjustment surveys, and Boundary Surveys within the city of Eugene, Oregon and adjacent areas in Lane County. The contract period will be from date of contract award through September 30, 1998, plus up to 4 option periods of one year each. The award of initial year does not guarantee that the options will be exercised. The surveys are needed to support the acquisition of wetlands by the West Eugene Wetlands project administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). This includes establishing property corners and boundary lines by surveys as needed to properly and legally establish required locations. The surveys shall meet the standards and requirements contained in the Oregon Revised Statutes. Interested and qualified firms are invited to respond by submitting complete Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire, Standard Forms 254 and 255. See Note 24 for general selection process. Offers will be evaluated by a selection committee of BLM personnel based upon the following primary criteria using an order of preference that includes (1) professional capabilities, including license number of contractor to practice professional land surveying in the State of Oregon (2) specialized experience and technical competence, as required, (3) capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, (4) past record of performance on similar work performed for the BLM, other Federal, State or local government agencies and private agencies with respect to quality of work and ability to meet schedules, and (5) geographical location and knowledge of the locality of the project. All responsible sources may respond by submitting completed Architect Engineer and Related Services Questionnaires, Standard Forms 254 and 255, not later than 4:15pm COB December 19, 1997.
