Postal Service is seeking qualified real estate consultants for an indefinite quantity contract. Services requested may include 1) Feasibility studies; 2) Market surveys; 3) Property inspection reports; 4) Preparation and issuance of solicitation pacakges; and 5) Coordination with property owners, postal staff, and state and local officials. Location of work will be New York State north and west of Sullivan, Ulster and Dutchess counties. The contract is for a two-year period with three one-year renewal options. Fees for individual assignments will not exceed $50,000. Total contract amount shall not exceed $500,000 over the five-year period. There is no guaranteed minimum. Firms which possess the qualifications to perform the services described above are invited to request the Real Estate Consultant Services solicitation package from this office, IN WRITING, to have it completed and returned to the office shown above not later than 4:00 p.m. on December 9, 1997. Consideration will be given ONLY to interested firms who have an office within 75 miles of Albany, Syracuse, or Buffalo, NY. Minority Business Enterprise participation is a consideration in U. S. Postal Service real estate consultant selections.
