INDUSTRY CONFERENCE: CONSOLIDATION OF SPACELIFT RANGES HQ AFSPC/CONF will host a discussion(s) on the consolidation of theSpacelift Ranges (i.e. 30th and 45th Space Wing's) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support contracts. The government's objectives are to: Better define the benefits and risks associated with the subject consolidation; Use the information collected to refine the alternatives and scope for implementing the subject consolidation. Based on these objectives, the discussion(s) will be conducted under the following term and conditions: An UNCLASSIFIED open forum discussion (i.e. contractor posed questions answered by a government panel) will be held 1 DEC 97 at the HQ AFSPC Bldg 1 Auditorium (Peterson AFB, CO). The agenda for the open forum is: 1300-1320 Sign In; 1320-1340 Overview Briefing Presented by the Government; 1340-1530 Panel Discussion. A one-on-one briefing/discussion period(i.e individual contractors presenting briefings to and/or discussing the subject issue with government representatives) will be held 2 and 3 DEC. Presentation will be limited to 45 minutes and should allow time for questions and answers. If contractors wish to brief/discuss classified information proper visit request should be forwarded to the point of contact below. All information discussed/presented (at both the open forum and the one-on-one briefings) will be considered non-proprietary. All information collected and used by the government will be "sanitized" such that it is not attributable to any single contractor.
