Aiyelawo, 401-841-2543 The Government anticipates negotiations with Waste Management, Newport, RI on a sole source basis for Disposal Services of Solid Waste at the Naval Education and Training Center, Newport, RI. The Contractor shall dispose of all solid waste provided by the Government at a licensed landfill or incinerator. The Government shall provide collection, hauling and delivery of solid waste to the Contractor's transfer station. The term of the contract shall be one year with 4 one year options. If any responsible source other than Waste Management can fulfill the above requirements and wishes to submit a proposal, it will be considered. See Note 22. (0310)
