Prisons requires the provision of art instruction for inmates at the
Federal Correctional Complex, Low, Medium, and Camp facilities,
Coleman, Florida. The incumbent will be required to provide art
instruction. The individual will teach the inmates the basic
fundamentals of drawing, landscapes, oil painting, and portraits. The
inmates should know the three dimensional drawing at the conclusion of
the course. Incumbent will develop a curriculum that concurs with the
goals of the Federal Bureau of Prisons and FCC Coleman in relation to
the art program. The minimal requirements must be a high school
diploma and at least two years experience in the art field. The
contractor will provide the institution with a copy of his/her resume
and other certification, which will document the education and
experience required. This contract has a base year and dthree (3)
option years. The incumbent would provide two (2), four (4) hour
sessions per day. Incumbent will work one day each week equalinga total
