The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFAR 252.219-7008, entitled "NOTICE OF EVALUATION PREFERENCE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERNS" -- Construction Acqusition Test Program (Apr 1996).
