The original synopsis incorrectly identified the World Wide Web Homepage address for the NAVSEA Contract Directorate. The correct address is as follows: http://www.contracts.hq.navsea.navy.mil. Industry is informed that on or about 12 NOV 97, NAVSEA intends to post a draft performance specification for this procurement on the NAVSEA 02 Webpage in the InfoDocs section. This information can be identified by the solicitation number and downloaded. Interested parties are invited to submit questions and/or comments via electronic mail to the POC at the following address: lee_michael_g@hq.navsea.navy.mil. Offerors are further notified that periodically, additional information may be posted for review prior to release of the final RFP.
