Project design to be done on auto cad; at the VA Medical Center/Outpatient Clinic, 150 So. Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130. Selection evaluation factors are (1) professional qualifications for performance of required services, (2) specialized experience and technical competence in type of work required, (3) capacity to accomplish the work in required time, (4) past performance on contracts with government agencies in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedule, and (5) design experience on projects of this scope. Estimated Construction Cost Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. This is not a Request for Proposal and is totally reserved for "Emerging Small Business Firms". Emerging Small Business means a Small Business Concern whose corporate size standard is no greater than 50% of the numerical size standard applicable to SIC 8712, and whose average annual gross revenue of the last three (3) fiscal years did not exceed $1.25 million.
