Selection evaluation factors are (1) professional qualifications for performance of required services, (2) specialized experience and technical competence in type of work required, (3) capacity to accomplish the work in required time, (4) past performance on contracts with government agencies in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedule, and (5) design experience on projects of this scope. Estimated Construction Cost Range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is not a Request for Proposal. Award of a contract is subject to the availability of funds.
