The requirement is to provide software licenses and upgrades for the CADD solution stations. The period of performance is 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1998. This is an "all or none" requirement. No solicitation exists nor will one be established. All responsible sources may submit a proposal/quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All interested parties are urged to provide their CAGE code, Dunn and Bradstreet number, and business size including minority/women owned information, if applicable. All responses must state that the vendor is not currently on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended, and Ineligible Contractors or otherwise ineligible to receive Government contracts.
