D -- TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNICAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES SOL DABT60-98-R-0004 POC Debi Adams (757)878-4908 This is notice of intent of the Government's plans to procure services to provide Administrative Telecommunications Services (ATS) to the National Imaging and Mapping Agency (NIMA) which shall be managed by Defense Metropolitan Area Telephone Systems-St. Louis (DMATS-STL). Services shall be inclusive of all administration, operations, maintenance, and services in accordance with OEM manuals. Contractors shall maintain, install/deinstall, modify, move, add, change, and remove telecommunications equipment, telephone equipment, and associated peripherals including, but not limited to, data, alarms, audio, video, and LANS from the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) through to termination as required/specified by DMATS-STL. Contractor personnel shall have Top Secret/SCI clearances to perform operations/maintenance of equipment and shall be technically qualified at the time of contract award. This action shall be full and open competition with anticipated award of a Time and Materials contract. No telephone requests for the solicitation shall be accepted; all requests shall be in writing to the POC (fax number: (757)878-5567).
