This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/HQ intends to purchase the items from Oracle Corporation. Only one responsible source 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). Oracle Corporation is the only technology which has the detailed technical knowledge of the software code and language statements required to maintain and upgrade this product. Interested firms have 15 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities.
