Barbara L. Kraft, 907/753-2546 1. CONTRACTOR INFORMATION: Indefinite
Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Service Contract for
Laboratory Sampling Analysis (HTRW) Samples, Primary and Referee (QA)
Samples. Analytical sampling services for the chemical analysis of
soil, sediment, sludge, ground water, surface water, and other
environmental samples. These samples will have typically been collected
from various hazardous and toxic waste site cleanup projects. Work will
involve preparation of Electronic Data Deliverables or portions of
reports via fixed price delivery orders. Special sampling handling and
preservation requirements must be in place. Requirements will also
include all items associated with sample analysis, including
preparation, extraction, sample containers, internal laboratory QA/QC
requirements, preservatives, and all other related items that may
apply. All work will be performed on an "as needed" basis. The base
(one) year contract limit will be $250,000 with no anticipated limit
for each task order issued.The contract may include two (2)option years
of $250,000 each. All responders are advised that this project may be
cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection,
evaluation, negotiation and final award process. The government
reserves the right to award without discussions, clarification or
request for another proposal. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor
will be required to demonstrate the specific teaming approach to be
applied to Alaska ict projects. Evaluation factors such as experience,
capabilities and understanding of the requirements, past performance,
etc. will be used in this acquisition. Contractors will need to
demonstrate they are accredited by the ADEC for analysis of underground
storage tank (UST) and drinking water samples. Offerors should
demonstrate that they are validated by the USACE HTRW-CX(CX) for all
matrixes and methods listed in the technical specifications of the
solicitation. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for small
