Kearby, Contracting Officer, (817) 534-8400 The Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth, Texas is soliciting for Protestant Minister non-personal services at this location. These services are considered contractual in nature and should not be considered a personal appointment to the Bureau of Prisons. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The work to be performed under the resulting contract shall consist of approximately 47, nine hour sessions, of conducting services, present sermons, and teach religious classes as required. Contractor shall be working with approximately 1400 male inmates incarcerated at this facility. The contractor of the resulting non-personal service contract must be a validly ordained minister of a Protestant faith and have a degree from an accepted seminary. Further, the contractor will be responsible for all of the religious garments and books for this ministry. This procurement will be awarded utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
