Services will be for a period of approximately one year from award of contract until 31 December 1998. This solicitation contains an option clauses to extend the contract for four one year periods. If the options to extend are exercised, the four one year periods will be from 01 January 1999 through 31 December 1999, 01 January 2000 through 31 December 2000, 01 January 2001 through 31 December 2001, and 01 January 2002 through 31 December 2002. This is a continuing funds contract.
