The system will consist of an Instrument Landing System (ILS), Very High Frequency (VHF) Omnirange (VOR), and Distance Measuring Equipment (DME). The requirement is for contractor to design, install, provide commercial NavAids of Category I, site material, documentation, delivery of spares, support equipment, and pass FAA flight check acceptance. Equipment will be commercial, meet Category I, in accordance with ICAO Annex 10 Specification. The ILS will be configured for Dual Frequency Capture Effect and will be Model Mar 10, manufactured by Wilcox Inc. The VOR/DME will meet a government performance specification, unless performances will not meet ICAO Annex 10 specification; in which case ICAO takes precedence.
