GSA plans to issue a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for comments for Ind efinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award task order contracts for the Financial Management Systems Software (FMSS) Program. This solicitation will cover mainframe and client server based software packages and support serv ices for accounting and financial management systems software. The draft solici tation will be issued on or about November 28, 1997. The draft solicitation wil l be available on the Internet or will be available upon written request to the Contracting Officer. Comments are due December 30, 1997. It is anticipated tha t the final solicitation will be issued in the second quarter of FY 1998.
