C -- RENOVATION OF UNITS 41 AND 42 SOL PROJECT # 632-313 DUE 121297 POC MR. SELAH SCOTT JR., Contracting Officer Require the services of a licensed NY state A/E firm to acomplish all design work, design calculations, field investigation, site surveys and all other work germain, required and necessary plus prepare bid documents for the renovation of Unit 41 and Unit 42, (approximately 45000 square feet), located on the fourth floor of building 200, the main medical and surgical building at this facility. Area of consideration Suffolk & Nassau counties and within a fifty mile radius of New York City. Work shall be inclusive and include but not be limited to modifications, additions, deletions to the existing plumbing, electrical, sprinkler, air conditioning, heating, architectural, interior design and structural work. A/E to be knowledgeable as a minimum, but not limited to the NFPA Life Safety Code 101 (pertaining to health care facilities), ASHRAE, Plumbing Code, National Electric Code -- NFPA 70, National Building Codes, AISC Steel Manual, ACI Building Code.
