Consulting services include print screen FOSI assistance, Resolution of SGML Open compliance Issues, ADEPT command language application and other such programming for Internal Revenue Service customizations of Adept Editor, as needed. It may also include additional software licenses. All responsible sources who can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit written quotations fifteen (15) calendar days from the date this notice appears in the CBD. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. Evaluation/Award will be based on the lowest price offered to the government. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point; a poc (name and telephone numbers); GSA contract if applicable; delivery date; business size and payment terms.
