The Government requires counseling, testing and assessment services for active duty and reserve military personnel, veterans, dependents, and other persons eligible for VA's several educational, training, employment, rehabilitation and independent living programs. Services for the purpose of the VA Vocational Rehabilitation Program and this request for Proposal is described as any services needed to assist the client in meeting the goals of her/his Individualized Written Rehabilitation Plan (IWRP) and to the maximum extent possible to become employable and to obtain and maintain suitable employment. Qualifications must be at least M.S. in rehabilitation, CRC, CCM with a strong vocational background. Contract providers under this contract will work with veterans who are receiving services to reach the point of employment through training and other support services as identified on the veterans IWRP. The proposed contracts is unrestricted to both small and large business concerns. Contracts for services will be awarded in ~Athens and Gainsville, and Rome and Dalton cities in the state of Georgia.
