Howard, MD. Contract period will be from date of award for a twelve month period. Four option periods of twelve months each will be available. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation for commercial items will be issued as a Request for Proposal utilizing commercial items procedures and will be available on or about November 25th.
