Wyatt, (303)289-0134 The Objective of this Request for Proposal is to procure the services of a Contractor capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, supervision and services for the Operation & Maintenance of the Offpost (Peoria Street) Water Treatment Facility. This facility includes the Treatment Plant, First Creek and Northern Pathway Well Trench Fields, located north of Rocky Mountain Arsenal (RMA), in Adams County, Colorado. The scope of work includes the operation and maintenance of a Groundwater Treatment Plant (GTP), two well fields and corresponding underground utility vaults, conveyance of the collected contaminated groundwater to the GTP, conveyance of the treated groundwater to recharge wells and recharge trenches, and the management of materials used in plant operation. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the firm who submits the lowest, technically acceptable offer. The performance period will be one base year, with four (one) year options, for a total of five years. Options will be evaluated at time of award. This acquisition has been totally set-aside for small business concerns (See Note 1).
