Construction Management Services for the administration and management of all phases of building project developement and execution and contracts in designated areas detailed below. The scope of the CM Services under this proposed contract will include but not be limited to project management, pre-design, design reviews, constructability reviews, administration and management of construction contracts, inspection and testing services, asbestos abatement inspection and testing, claims analysis, building surveys, and other reimbursable services. The construction contracts are estimated to be between $10,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement of CM Services will be accomplished using Source Selection procedures. The terms of the contract will be one base year, with4 one year options. The primary geographic area for the contract will be the State of Washington. Projects may also be assigned in other areas of the Northwest/Artic Region which consists of the States of Washington, Idaho, Alaska, and Oregon. Selection will be based on firms prior experience and qualifications in accordance with the following evaluation criteria: (1) Qualifications and Experience of the firm; (2) Qualificaiton and Experience of personnel proposed; and (3) Management Plan, as well as price.
