Current and prior dates of value, in accordance with USPAP, will be required for approximately 650 properties over the life of the project. At least two, and up to four, indefinite-quantity, indefinite-delivery contracts are anticipated, each with base year and two option years. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 6531. The size standard for this SIC code is: $1.5 million. The acquisition method is negotiated procurement. A priced offer and a written submission will be required. A pass-fail evaluation will result in selection of the firms for award of contract. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. NO CHARGE: Solicitations for this project must be ordered by the CUT OFF DATE of 17 NOV 97 to ensure receipt of solicitations. Orders received beyond the CUT OFF DATE will not be honored.
