Drug Abuse (NIDA) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations
having the in-house capability to provide full logistical support for
a series of meetings and related activities designed to enhance the
research development capabilities of minority and other
underrepresented scholars seeking careers in drug abuse research. The
successful Contractor shall: convene a series of meetings designed for
specifically targeted audiences of research faculty and trainee
participants; provide all logistics and technical support associated
with the meetings; work closely with the NIDA Project Officer to
develop meeting topics, agendas, and selection of participants; and,
provide ongoing support and maintenance to NIDA's Internet research
grants development tool, known as Morpheus. The proposed contract is
100 percent set aside for 8(a) business concerns. Offers from other
concerns other than 8(a)'s will not be considered. RFP No. N01DA-8-0051
