The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations having the in-house capability to provide full logistical support for a series of meetings and related activities designed to enhance the research development capabilities of minority and other underrepresented scholars seeking careers in drug abuse research. The successful Contractor shall: convene a series of meetings designed for specifically targeted audiences of research faculty and trainee participants; provide all logistics and technical support associated with the meetings; work closely with the NIDA Project Officer to develop meeting topics, agendas, and selection of participants; and, provide ongoing support and maintenance to NIDA's Internet research grants development tool, known as Morpheus.
